Blue Crabs and Blue Prints Event Rental

Blue Crabs and Blue Prints is the largest annual fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity of Frederick County. Each year, community members gather to enjoy a relaxing evening of great music, unbelievable food tastings from local Frederick restaurants and caterers, refreshing beverages, and one of Maryland’s best traditions, an all-you-can-eat crab feast! During the event, announcements are made, videos are presented, and live music is played. Audio-Video Group sponsors the event each year, providing A/V equipment and technicians to run the event. Here’s what we supplied this year:

• Two (2) wireless microphones
• Four (4) speakers
• Two (2) 82” displays for equipment
• An audio mixer

We also played their slideshow in a loop using our presentation program software and were on-hand during the event so the committee didn’t have to worry about any technical elements throughout the night.
