Last year, Immersion Active, an Internet marketing agency focused primarily on the 50-plus market, came to Audio-Video Group looking for a simple solution to enhance their client’s experience. Immersion Active, if you aren’t familiar, is a rapidly growing company based in Downtown Frederick. They have a beautiful space that is located on the third floor of a 4-story tenant building.
Being nestled on the 3rd floor of their building, they found updating their signage to be quite a hassle, but without it, clients were left unsure as to where they should go next. Immersion Active, looking to address this issue and enhance the overall client experience, came to Audio-Video Group with one question: “How can we, simply, yet effectively, create a welcoming experience for our clients the moment they walk in the door?”
Our team immediately understood their vision and provided them with a solution that serves both Immersion Active and their clients. What they needed was an external display in the lobby that can be automatically updated and customized from their 3rd story office.
Audio-Video Group provided a Planar ContentSmart Media Player, allowing them to simply manage, monitor and design their digital signage from the 3rd floor office. Now, instead of climbing a ladder and uploading content from a USB drive, Immersion Active can customize and schedule their signage from a computer on the third floor.
